Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?+
No. Our team brings its own machines, chemicals and cloths. All we need is access to water and a power point.
How long does a deep clean take?+
A 2 BHK deep clean usually takes 5 to 6 hours with a team of two. The exact duration is shown before you confirm, and we block that whole window for you.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we will move your slot. Cancelling is free up to a few hours before the visit; anything paid online is refunded.
Is someone required to be at home?+
Someone needs to let the team in and do a quick walkthrough at the end. You do not have to stay for the whole visit.
What if I am not happy with the work?+
Tell us before the team leaves, or within 48 hours, and we will redo the areas you are not satisfied with at no extra charge.
