Sparkle Home Services collects the least it can, uses it only to clean your home or office, and never sells it.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number — to confirm the booking and tell you when the team is on the way.
• Your address — so the team can get there.
• Your email, if you give it — for the confirmation and receipt. It is optional.
• Notes you write — pets, parking, what to focus on.
• Payment status — how much was paid and how. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

What we do with it

We use it to deliver the booking, to contact you about it, and to keep our own records of work done and money received. If you book again, we use your history so you do not have to type the same address twice.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. We do not send promotional messages you have not asked for.

Who else sees it

• Our cleaning team — the name, address and access notes for the job they are doing.
• Our payment provider — if you choose to pay online.
• Our message provider — your number or email, to send the confirmation you asked for.
• Our hosting provider — which stores the data on our behalf.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your booking link

Every booking has a page reachable by a random reference code, so you can check it without an account. Treat that link like a ticket — anyone you forward it to can see the booking. Cancelling or rating a booking additionally requires the mobile number it was made with.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Call or message us on +919999999999 to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff login uses one cookie to keep the session signed in. Your browser may also remember your name and address on your own device to save you retyping them; that stays on your device and never reaches us until you book.
